CT Criteria Parser
The CT Criteria Parser plugin allows users to analyze eligibility criteria in ClinicalTrials.gov. By inputting a specific Clinical Trial identifier (NCTID), the plugin parses the criteria line by line and phrase by phrase, identifying relevant medical keywords and terms associated with the patients. It then displays two tables, one for the Inclusion Criteria and another for the Exclusion Criteria, with two columns each. The first column represents the category of the medical term, such as patient demographic, disease, diagnosis, condition severity, procedures, treatments, measurements, observations, medications, or medical history. The second column contains the original text, with the parsed medical terms enclosed within square brackets, displayed in STRONG tag, and capitalized.
